Returns

If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Catch Surf within 30 days –in the same condition you received it - and you will receive a refund. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. No used merchandise will be accepted and any sent to Catch Surf, will be immediately returned to sender at sender’s expense and no credit given.


Exchanges

Wrong Size? No worries! Contact us, send it back and we’ll send the replacement at NO ADDITIONAL COST! If you need to exchange, simply give us a call at (949) 218-0428 or email us at order@catchsurf.com within 30 days of receipt. Then return the merchandise in new, un-used condition and when we receive it, we will immediately ship out the replacement(s). Any shipping cost related to sending the wrong-sized merchandise back is your expense. But we will cover the cost to ship the replacement(s) to you!

No used merchandise will be accepted and any sent to Catch Surf, will be immediately returned to sender at sender’s expense and no credit given.

Then simply return the product in new, un-opened and un-used condition and when we receive it, we will immediately ship out the replacement product. Any shipping costs related to exchanges are at your expense. No used or open product(s) will be accepted and any sent to Catch Surf, will be immediately returned to sender at sender’s expense and no credit given.

DAMAGED GOODS


If your product(s) or merchandise arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact shipper to start claims process. Then contact us at order@catchsurf.com or at 949-218-0428 with your order info and shipper claim # and we will expedite your replacement product(s) and/or merchandise.

RETURNS THAT ARE NOT RECEIVED


Catch Surf is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

COD DELIVERIES


Catch Surf cannot accept COD deliveries.
