Catch Surf is looking to add part-time Retail Brand Ambassadors to the team at our new Malibu store!
A Retail Brand Ambassador is a customer service and sales representative; they are the face of the brand - directly interacting with customers to ensure only the best possible experience.
You will have the opportunity to assist a growing brand to reach new customers and existing customers. You will have high visibility in a new retail concept in this growth opportunity role.
- Assists customers with all product and service-related concerns
- Assists Store Management in maintaining merchandising standards, store appearance, and store cleanliness
- Maintains store merchandising standards
- Operates point-of-sale equipment to facilitate cash and electronic transactions
- Must be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Catch Surf
- Team player with customer-first attitude
- Strong communicator with keen social awareness/intelligence
- Strong sense and passion for style and fashion
- Acute attention to detail
- Loves to surf and lives the Catch Surf lifestyle
- Must be able to work weekends
