Catch Surf is looking to add part-time and full-time Retail Managers, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors to the team at our flagship stores in:

Laguna Beach, CA
San Clemente, CA
Encinitas, CA

Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Supervisors are leadership position within the store; not only will you be the face of the brand and directly interacting with customers, but you are also responsible for maintaining store operations and training/developing associates and other management. You are responsible for driving results within the store and maximizing staff sales/operational performance.
 
You will have the opportunity to assist a growing brand to reach new customers and existing customers. You will have high visibility in a new retail concept in this growth opportunity role.
 
Responsibilities

• Attract, train, and develop top-talented individuals to represent Catch Surf within retail sales channel.
• Utilize best judgment in all customer service matters by putting the customer’s needs first.
• Help develop and maintain store standards and day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities for store and brand growth through special events, social media, and all other forms of marketing initiatives.
• Keep an awareness for security and loss prevention issues at all times.
• Coach retail team on sales techniques, product knowledge and operational duties.
• Assist Division Manager in achieving payroll and budget goals, etc. 

Key Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail, service, or sales setting
• Associates or bachelors degree preferred
• Team player with customer-first attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communicator with keen social awareness/social intelligence
• Acute attention to detail and merchandizing standards
• Must be able to work weekends
