Retail Store Supervisors - Southern California
Catch Surf is looking to add a part-time Retail Store Supervisor to the team for our flagship stores in:
Laguna Beach, CA
San Clemente, CA
Encinitas, CA
A Retail Store Supervisor is a keyholding/leadership position within the store; not only will you be the face of the brand and directly interacting with customers, but you are also responsible for maintaining store operations, training/developing associates, and you are the acting manager on duty (MOD) when alone in the store.
Responsibilities
- Helps create an environment that teaches and represents Catch Surf®
- Utilizes best judgment in all customer service matters by putting the customer’s needs first
- Develops and maintain store standards and day to day operations
- Keeps an awareness for security and loss prevention issues at all times
- Helps create a “customer first” environment and culture
- Recruits candidates for job openings with reflect to company standard
- Coaches retail team on sales techniques, product knowledge and operational duties
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Team player with customer-first attitude
- Strong communicator with keen social awareness/social intelligence
- Acute attention to detail
- Must be able to work weekends
Compensation and Benefits
- Flexible schedule with ability to work up to 30 hours per week
