SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We do our very best to ship any orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm that same day. In some cases, it may take 1 to 3 business days to process depending on order volume and product availability. Upgrading your shipping from ground to express expedites the shipping portion of your order only. Product may ship from either our California and/or Virginia warehouses depending on availability; which may effect shipping time. Our warehouses do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays and on major holidays. Shipping resumes on Monday or next business day after major holiday. Our customer service hours are Monday – Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm PST.
Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes. This includes size changes, shipping information, cancelations and promotional codes. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order from shipping to you. For assistance please contact Catch Surf Customer Support at (949) 218-0428 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number ready.
We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement at www.catchsurf.com.
Please follow our return process outlined below and if you are unsure or have questions to ensure correct size or type of board, etc. for exchange; please reach out to our Customer Support at (949) 218-0428 or email@example.com. Please have your order number ready.
RETURNS - CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES:
Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from catchsurf.com according to the below policy:
- Catch Surf merchandise must be received within 30 days of shipment date.
- Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
- No used merchandise will be accepted and any sent to Catch Surf, will be immediately returned to sender at sender’s expense and no credit given.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the return slip or packing slip.
- Refunds for merchandise, including items received as gifts, will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment for the price paid less the original shipping charges (if applicable) and if used our automated return label, return shipping charges.
- Refunds will post to the customer's account within approximately 7 days after return processing date. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on a monthly statement.
- Merchandise purchased in Catch Surf’s Laguna Beach store must be returned to that location. We cannot process store–bought returns at our main warehouse.
To return non-surfboard items purchased on catchsurf.com, please use one of the following options:
Option 1: Use Automated Return System HERE for Pre-Paid Shipping Label
A return slip is required for each item returned. If you wish to return items from multiple orders, you will need to repeat this process for each order number.
A return shipping fee of $7.00 for each shipping label used will be deducted from your refund. If you have items from multiple orders, we suggest consolidating your returns by using only one of the shipping labels and enclosing all printed return slips into the package.
Step 1: Enter the order number and associated email address.
Step 2: Confirm it is the correct order which contains return items.
Step 3: Select merchandise you wish to return; choose reason code.
Step 4: Select correct bag or box your merchandise came in.
Step 5: Print Return Slip and pre-paid FedEx® return label.
Step 6: Prepare the return package.
Enclose the return slip(s) in the return package with the item(s) you're sending back to us. Securely package the item(s) with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. Affix the shipping label on the package (cover up any old labels or UPC codes) and drop it off at your nearest FedEx® location.
Option 2: Return using your own shipping method.
If you do not wish to use the return shipping label we provide, you can also send the item(s) back to us using any other trackable method, at your expense. Please note we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries or hand-delivered returns and we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Prepare the return package
Step 1: Enclose the return slip(s) in the return package with the item(s) you're sending back to us.

RETURNS - SURFBOARDS:
If you receive a board that for any reason you are unhappy with, simply return it within 30 days - in new, un-opened and un-used condition - to receive a refund. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. No used or open boards will be accepted and any sent to Catch Surf, will be immediately returned to sender at sender’s expense and no credit given.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at (949) 218-0428 to initiate the return and receive Return Authorization (RA#) number. After receiving RA#, please send your return with copy of original receipt to:

Please allow up to two weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card. Thank you.

If your product(s) or merchandise arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact shipper to start claims process. Then contact us at email@example.com or at (949) 218-0428 with your order info and shipper claim # and we will expedite your replacement product(s) and/or merchandise.
RETURNS THAT ARE NOT RECEIVED
Catch Surf is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Catch Surf cannot accept COD deliveries.
Refunds for any item you receive as a gift will be credited back to the purchaser’s original form of payment.
RETURNS WITHOUT A PACKING SLIP
If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original packing slip/receipt simply contact our Customer Service at (949) 218-0428 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you the required information to perform a return per our policy above.
