You can view your orders online and check on their status by logging into your account.


We do our very best to ship any orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm that same day. In some cases, it may take 1 to 3 business days to process depending on order volume and product availability. Upgrading your shipping from ground to express expedites the shipping portion of your order only. Product may ship from either our California and/or Virginia warehouses depending on availability; which may effect shipping time. Our warehouses do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays and on major holidays. Shipping resumes on Monday or next business day after major holiday.

Please pick up your items within 7 days or let us know you’re running behind!

Please have valid photo ID matching name on order.

Orders that are NOT picked up within 14 days of purchase, will be canceled and refunded to original form of payment.

Our team will attempt to reach out three (3) times before any orders are canceled.


Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes. This includes size changes, shipping information, cancelations and promotional codes. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order from shipping to you. Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from according to the below policy:

  • Catch Surf merchandise must be received within 30 days of shipment date.
  • Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • No used merchandise will be accepted and any sent to Catch Surf, will be immediately returned to sender at sender’s expense and no credit given.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the return slip or packing slip.
  • Refunds for merchandise, including items received as gifts, will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment for the price paid less the original shipping charges (if applicable) and if used our automated return label, return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will post to the customer's account within approximately 7 days after return processing date. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on a monthly statement.
  • Merchandise purchased in Catch Surf’s Laguna Beach store must be returned to that location. We cannot process store–bought returns at our main warehouse.

 If you receive a board or accessory that for any reason you are unhappy with, simply return it within 30 days - in new, un-opened and un-used condition - to receive a refund. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. No used or open boards will be accepted and any sent to Catch Surf, will be immediately returned to sender at sender’s expense and no credit given.

Please allow up to two weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card. Thank you.

If your product(s) or merchandise arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact shipper to start claims process. Then contact us at or at (949) 218-0428 with your order info and shipper claim # and we will expedite your replacement product(s) and/or merchandise.


Catch Surf is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.


Catch Surf cannot accept COD deliveries.


Refunds for any item you receive as a gift will be credited back to the purchaser’s original form of payment. 


If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original packing slip/receipt simply contact our Customer Service at (949) 218-0428 or and we will provide you the required information to perform a return per our policy above.
