Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We do our very best to ship any orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm that same day. In some cases, it may take 1 to 3 business days to process depending on order volume and product availability. Upgrading your shipping from ground to express expedites the shipping portion of your order only. Product may ship from either our California and/or Virginia warehouses depending on availability; which may effect shipping time. Our warehouses do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays and on major holidays. Shipping resumes on Monday or next business day after major holiday.
We offer FedEx® Home Delivery, UPS® Ground, FedEx® 2-Day Air and FedEx® Express at our reduced negotiated carrier rates.
There is also a "Discounted Fixed Rate - Ground" shipping option at a fixed rate, that in many cases is below the quoted carrier rates. For this option, we still use FedEx® Home Delivery, UPS® Ground, USPS® or one of our trusted Freight companies. We suggest selecting the lowest cost rate during check out; unless 2-Day Air or Express shipping is desired.
All orders will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email and/or optionally via SMS Text.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Please pick up your items within 7 days or let us know you’re running behind!
Please have valid photo ID matching name on order.
Orders that are NOT picked up within 14 days of purchase, will be canceled and refunded to original form of payment.
Our team will attempt to reach out three (3) times before any orders are canceled.
Pick-up Location Hours:
Laguna Beach, CA Store: Tuesday-Sunday 11am to 6pm PST.
San Clemente, CA Warehouse: Monday-Thursday 10am to 4pm, Friday 10am to 1pm PST.
Norfolk, VA Warehouse: Monday-Thursday 10am to 4pm, Friday 10am to 1pm EST.
CANCELATIONS
Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes. This includes size changes, shipping information, cancelations and promotional codes.
