"Awesome experience with catchsurf. Took board out Saturday morning for the first time. 1st ride i was stocked at how smooth the board rode. Was extremely surprised at how well the board turned, on a dime. Was out with my brother in law who has the same 54" board. He was the person who conviced me to get one. The board was a birthday present from my wife for my 60th. Love im getting back on the water agian after a long time just boogie boarding. The beater has re engaged me. Thanks"

Is there a difference with this and the non-beater 5'? Like will this work with any surfboard?
Hello Nick - No difference except colors and branding. Both are specifically designed for use on any surfboard. Thank you!
I think you should make an even thicker leash becuase i use my beater in big conditions and it broke and had to swim all the way in from a slab. Thanks!
