My new #1 board from
"My new #1 board from Catch Surf. The Shape is sooo sick feels like a shortboard but paddles like a Log. New favorite blade!"

A true do-it-all board!
"Really really cool board, will pretty much handle anything you can throw at it. I got mine in 7'2 to start moving down from a longboard after a nearly 10 year break from surfing and it might be the most fun, versatile surfboard I've ever been on. Floats like a log but it can actually turn (bonus, fits in your car easily), works great even in the worst 1-2ft east coast summer slop, but with the tried and true CK shape it can still come alive in bigger waves and surfs like a real glass mid-length. Even has real fin boxes, I got the hi-perf fins, can't wait to see how they handle in the upcoming hurricane season. Let's stop kidding ourselves, we all know mids aren't exactly snappy boards anyway, save the $$$ for performance shorties and grab this for easy wave catching magic in virtually all conditions. Super light and maneuverable in the water, paddles insanely fast, and of course it's made out of pretty indestructible (and soft) ding proof foam so there's no worries when out in shorebreak or sketchy conditions. The longer the board, the more glass there is to ding up (dings the wallet too). . . so why not just skip the glass all together? Please make sure you keep the lost/mayhem collab going, they have the best shapes and the vibes from lost are always the best, I just got a 5'11 RNF too for bigger days and to complete my transition back to surfing shortboards again. I feel like I'll always want a few lost collabs in the quiver and plan to surf them both into a fine dust so I'm sure I'll need more eventually! Such cool colors and graphics too, just looking at it makes me want to surf. 10/10 grab one you won't be disappointed!"

So far so good
"Took the Crowd Killer and wax to the wave pool this week and was successful stepping down from an 8 foot log. I'm still twerking but the obstacle is the path and I'm having a blast !"

This is the only board
"This is the only board I want to surf right now. You paddle to the outside without getting tired no problem! You can hang on the inside all day. So much float you can confidently take your turn in the lineup. And for the snakes it definitely crowd kills !"

Q&A
- In response to your reply on the previous comment, when will the new designs be released? Thanks!
- Hello BC - We typically release new model year stock models around March and new model year PRO and Collaboration models around April or May. Thank you!
- Hi, I started surfing this year and I'm looking to progress from an 8' log. Would you recommend the 7'2" crowd killer or the 6'6" skipper? I'll be surfing at t-street and salt creek. I'm 5'9" and about 135 pounds. Also, are there any new colorways planned for the crowd killer in the near future?
- Hello! Go with the 7'2 or 6'8 Crowd Killer! That's one of our top selling boards at the moment and all the team guys love it! We will be releasing new colors/ designs for the Crowd Killer for 2025! Happy shredding!
- Any way possible to pick up the boards I’m considering purchasing from your Malibu location?
- Hello! Yes! We do offer in store pick up! Happy shredding!
- Is this board good for small waves and is it a good choice from the 8 foot log?
- Hello Shane! The 8'0 LOG would be a better choice for small wave cruising. The Crowd Killer is better suited for head high+. THink of the LOG as a mellow wave catching machine while the Crowd Killer is geared towards progression and wave count. Happy shredding!
- does come with leash or can one be included as option?
- Hello! All of our boards come with fins, a leash is an add on item! The Beater 6'0 leash is a great option! Happy shredding!
